Gluten Free Testing
To be sure we are doing it right, we have
invested in formal testing of the beers produced using our recipes. Using the
supplied Sorghum Syrup and our recipes, both the the Cascade Honey Ale and Pale
Ale recipes return Gluten measurements of less than 5 parts per million using
the Ridascreen Gliadin Gluten Residue test. You can download a copy of the test report here.
